MasterCard Card Quality Management (CQM)

MasterCard has initiated a compulsory Card Quality Management (CQM) program. This, to ensure the interoperability and reliability of smart card hardware. The CQM program was developed by MasterCard in collaboration with several industry partners.
The CQM program covers various types of MasterCard suppliers, such as card suppliers and their component suppliers as well as card personalization services.
