The procedure for filing a complaint, regarding the activities of DEKRA Certification B.V. (this includes our services that belong to DEKRA Audit & Product Testing), is described below.

Our procedures in the event of a complaint

Do you have a complaint? We will process your complaint carefully. We will notify you when we successfully receive your form and inform you about the procedures and the term within which you can expect a response from us. In a later stadium you’ll receive information about the actions taken and the outcome.
Select, in the form, one of the categories listed below and describe your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible. We categorize complaints as follows:
  • DEKRA Certification
    I have a complaint about DEKRA's testing and certification services.
  • Certified Organizations
    I have a complaint about one of the organizations certified by DEKRA. A complaint will only be handled if the complaint has been submitted in advance to the relevant organization. In this way, the organization is given the opportunity to solve the problem itself.
  • Certified products
    I have a complaint about products certified by DEKRA. DEKRA will investigate the complaint and will ask the manufacturer to take measures in the event that the complaint is declared well-founded.

Please note: this form is only intended for complaints about the activities of DEKRA Certification B.V. in Arnhem. Forms submitted will be processed by our Quality Assurance department. You can also make an appeal at the appropriate accrediting or designating body.
