Application form DEKRA Product Testing

In order to give you the best possible quotation for your specific product, we ask you to provide us with some extra information. The below form will go step by step through elements of your product. Checking the charger type, bluetooth connections, and other technologies: all of these require their own specific tests. The more details you provide, the more complete the quotation can be!

  • Please specify correct data/information for your product.
  • Information requested by each field/section within the form needs to be provided. Without a properly filled in form it may not be possible to prepare a quote.
  • Together with this form please also provide the User Manual/Brochure/Datasheet of the product/system.
